The economy is apparently having detrimental effects on even probably the most stable businesses now. More and more people are losing their jobs or having their hours cut. This is causing them to find new jobs in a really difficult job market. Some people are turning to personal development books to help them with the self improvement ideals necessary to succeed.
In my pursuit to improve myself and my well being, I got down to read a listing of personal development books. The Magic of Thinking Big was primary in my reading list. I wish I could tell you just how I have been consistently reading this book every single day, but I haven't. Just today, while with an appointment for my daughter, I pulled this book beyond my purse and decided to finish reading it instead of having my head buried during my cellular phone. Judging by where I had left my bookmark, I had only made it to chapter 8 the past time I read from this book.
That comment changed my well being and my mind-set forever and since then my purpose would be to empower women to discover, and work with their particular purpose by creating wealth form their unique resources. My process in discovering my very own purpose didn't happen overnight, it's and it is still a procedure, and being single back then forced me to be pour myself full on in God and advance in my Christian walk to understand the reason for my own existence, as well as in the process of life's development, I discerned it and started operating in it, 'SOUNDS SIMPLE DOESN'T IT!!!
This can relate to anything in everyday life, our job or business, family life, self confidence, open-ness to master and grow as a person ~ anything really. Einstein famously declared that the definition of insanity is the individual that keeps doing a similar thing continuously expecting different results... Think about that particular...
Goals: Once we are sensitive to what we should want, we have to lay down a roadmap and clearly define our goals. We may have a goal to realize some income in the next 5 years. We may have goal of taking 5 vacations this coming year. We may have a very goal of spending 30 hours every week doing community service. Whatever the goal could possibly be, we need to spend some time in articulating our goals and committing these phones a piece of paper. Written down goals are a great deal more likely to be achieved than oral ones.
